A combination of beef and pork, Amana Old World Summer Sausage will give you a taste of old-fashioned, heavily-smoked deliciousness. Pit smoked for 18 hours and then hand stuffed. Each sausage is perfect to slice up and serve at your next gathering or give as a gift.
We visited Amana twice and we absolutely loved it. We order their delicious sausages and jams, blankets, baskets and more online since we live so far away. The sausages are the BEST! Will be ordering again soon for the holidays.
