Shipping

All Amana Food products ship via UPS Ground to anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States—shipping charges are based on the factors of location, weight, and order value. Rates are calculated in real-time to give the most accurate price possible.

Amana Food does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories (including Puerto Rico), Canada, Mexico, or any other international destination.

UPS requires a physical address and will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

 

Order Processing

Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing. No orders are processed over the weekend.

UPS Ground orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of receipt of the order (weekends and holidays excluded).

 

Sales Tax

Food items SHIPPED to Illinois residents will include a 1% sales tax.

 

Substitutions

Orders are subject to stock availability. You may be contacted regarding substitution options if a particular item is out of stock. If you have questions regarding an order, please email or call us.

 

Returns

If dissatisfied, don't hesitate to contact us Monday-Friday at (319) 622-7580 between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST or via email at info@amanafood.com.

Please DO NOT return any product without contacting us first for specific information regarding the return process.

Check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an INCORRECT item, DO NOT OPEN IT. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds on items opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition.

Returns on items that are NOT defective, damaged, or contaminated require prepaid shipping and must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
