I've tried so many mustards looking for "the one" and am usually disappointed. Not this time! I can honestly say I've never had mustard as enjoyable as this. It has, of course, a great mustard taste, but also a nice tang to it. The tangy-ness doesn't obscure the taste of whatever you use it with, but rather enhances flavors throughout.
