Our hickory smoked Amana Thuringer is a beef and pork blend summer sausage with just the right spices added for a great mild taste. Just slice and eat!
Liked it a lot…not too sweet, not too salty, not too smokey, not too dry, not too greasy! Reminds me of the thuringer I used to get when I lived in PA Dutch country. The kraut and the mustard are many times repeats for me.

Received as a gift for Xmas, and it was very flavorful without being fatty. Reminded me of a brand I used to buy in Montana.
