I buy this Thuringer every chance I get from whichever retailer I can! Every once in a while I get to Amana, and stock up at the meat shop! DANG this is good stuff, and one of the only sausages I will eat! Good food, good food. Thuringer + brie + French bread is my idea of heaven.

Thank you for being my place where I can relive such a beautiful moment in my life. My Mama would get this and it was a special treat just between her and I. She'd say real low and quiet, "Hey Cetka, come 'ere. Look what I got for us to have." And she would giggle. She was soo sweet!! They stopped selling it in our town and I went several places looking for it. So after 30 years you have brought a delicious memory back.

Liked it a lot…not too sweet, not too salty, not too smokey, not too dry, not too greasy! Reminds me of the thuringer I used to get when I lived in PA Dutch country. The kraut and the mustard are many times repeats for me.
